Bios Life Slim Weekly Review and Day Seven weigh-in
After 7 days, my review is: FANTASTIC!
I started out at 236 and weighed in at 221 this morning, a loss of 15 pounds in 7 days and a noticeable reduction in belly fat. Eating a high-protein breakfast, usually an egg-whites omelet with cheddar cheese and salsa, and a slice of Dave's Killer Bread, which has 6 grams of fiber and lots of protein as well. Lunch and dinner you can eat whatever you want. It will work faster if you moderate your caloric intake, like eating 20% less at meals.
