This is continuation of an unboxing of a PCGS grading submission that includes a GSA Carson City minted Morgan silver dollar. I go over a few highlights of the GSA government program that took place in the 1970's that allowed the average coin collector a chance to own a rare mint state CC Morgan silver dollar at a reasonable price.
