Sierra Michelle Knolle is a Kundalini yoga teacher trainer and the founder of Starr's Brew Kombucha in the Philippines. She also has a Master's Degree in Holistic Nutrition and Education and worked as a Nutrition Consultant in California. In this video, she is talking about her 14 days' Panchakarma experience at Oneworld Ayurveda in Ubud, Bali.
