TORCH Stands for Toxoplasmosis, Others(Varicella Zoster, Syphilis, Parvovirus B19), Rubella, Cytomegalovirus, Herpes Simplex Virus.

These infections are common during pregnancy and they can cause serious damage to the developing fetus. Adequate knowledge of these infections and their respective prevention, will help protect mothers and their babies from the consequences of untreated infections.
