Villa Air, also known as FlyMe, is an all ATR-run fleet based in the Maldives owned by the Villa group. Its chairman, Qasim Ibrahim recently came to ATR headquarters in Toulouse to pick up a brand new 72-600 and he sat down with us to explain his ambitions for the airline and why he is counting on the turboprop to expand his business.
