And you have to put your body in a position to do that through caloric deficit, and only then will it be compelled to access those fat stores.👍
For some reason a lot of us are convinced that the best way to melt fat is to hop on one of these cardio machines. Even the description itself says that they work the cardiovascular system🫀 and that’s how we need to approach our use of them.
I would argue that pursuing cardiovascular strength 🫀💪has higher importance than fitting into smaller jeans👖. The ability to pump nutrition throughout our body effectively is essential to life. And while getting rid of excess fat is health-promoting, it’s not as life or death.
I’m not saying cardio machines are a great tool for improving your body composition (because they are), but all physical activity is calorie burning if that's the goal.

So the next time you get on these machines, switch that outlook towards the cardiovascular strengthening benefits of them. We also need to realize cardiovascular health has to be practiced daily if we're talking about longevity and disease prevention.😁
