Marines and Sailors of the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit conduct a simulated humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operation during the MEU's certification exercise. Including elements of Battalion Landing Team 1st Battalion, 4th Marines and Combat Logistics Battalion 31, the HADR spanned a total of three days and provided relief aid to 85 locals.
