After reaching Kotepura via Mogaveera Patna, we peoceed to Ullal Industrial Area. Located on the seashore of Ullal lying close to Ullal end point on the north, the industrial area is dedicated for the production of fish based products including fish meal and oil. The air in the area is dominated by the stench of fish and the there is also a lot of garbage lying along the coast.
The road into Ullal Industrial Area is concreted from about quarter of its length post which there isn't really any road but mud road which too is in a prettty bad shape. There industries along the route include Haris Marine Products, Shariff Marine Products, Asian Fish Meal and Oil Company, Mangalore Fish Meal and Oil Company and Fahad Fish Meal and Oil Company among others.
