A summer-special beverage that is sure to cool down your body and also aids in digestion.
SOL KADHI
Ingredients
¼ cup kokum syrup
Ice cubes as required
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
Salt to taste
½ tsp chaat masala
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves
Red chilli powder for rimming
Crushed black peppercorns for rimming
Lemon wedges for rimming
1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Method
1. Take kokum syrup in a jar. Add ice cubes, roasted cumin powder, salt, chaat masala, coconut milk, and coriander leaves and mix well.
2. Sprinkle red chilli powder, crushed black peppercorns, and salt on a plate and mix well.
3. Apply the lemon wedge on the rim of the serving glasses. Place the glasses over the spice mixture and press it gently.
4. Pour the prepared drink into the rimmed glasses. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
