[ Ссылка ] - This video shows how to install an Advance Adapters Slip Yoke Eliminator, or SYE, on a 2005 TJ Jeep Wrangler. We were able to install this on a lift with only the back half of the t-case removed. Installation took about 3 hours. Here are the steps we took:
1. Remove skid plate, or plates.
2. Brace transmission.
3. Drain transfercase fluid.
4. Remove transfercase half bolts.
5. Remove tail housing bolts.
6. Remove rear half of case.
7. Remove snap rings and shafts.
8. Install new main shaft.
9. Install rear case half, oiler, and magnet.
10. Install speedometer drive gear.
11. Install the rear output housing.
