Ben from CBeebies My World Kitchen is showing us how to make his version of a German Zwiebelkuchen.

Ingredients you will need:

- 300 grams of chopped onions
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of water
- 100 grams of Quark
- 50 grams of double cream
- 2 eggs
- Handful of fresh chives
- 1 tsp of caraway seeds
- 3 slices of German ham
- 250 grams of ready made puff pastry
- Some flour
- 50 grams of Emmental cheese
