Soldiers from across the Rhode Island National Guard participated in the Common Faculty Development Instructors Course (CFDIC) hosted by the 243rd Regiment (Regional Training Institute). This course helps leaders develop their teaching skills, allowing them to more effectively train and mentor their troops. Graduates of this course receive and Instructor Skill Identifier and are eligible for an Instructor Badge after completing enough instruction hours in the future.
