EGGPLANT SALAD
5-10 pcs of eggplant(cook the eggplant)
½ tsp fresh minched garlic
1 pc of large tomatoe
½ cup of cherry tomatoes(optional)
2 sprigs of green onions (save some for garnish)
SEASONING:
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of white sugar
½ tsp black ground pepper
½ tsp of anchovy sauce (optional)
