The Clemson Tigers kept their Death Valley win streak alive, beating Boston College, 19-13. Running backs Kobe Pace and Phil Mafah stepped in for the injued Will Shipley and combined for 178 rushing yards with Pace scoring a touchdown. Wide receiver Joseph Ngata paced Clemson with 111 yards receiving in the win. Boston College quarterback Dennis Grosel threw for 311 yards, and Eagles running back Pat Garwo III rushed for 57 yards and a touchdown in their first loss of the season.
