I was recently invited to participate in an Iron Chef style cooking challenge, to be taped for Food Network on behalf of Blue Moon beer. The competition took place at the 2009 New York Wine & Food Festival's annual Burger Bash, held in Brooklyn, NY under the Brooklyn Bridge.
