How gross is that? What can you do about this parasite feasting on your follicles? Let’s get into it now . . .

Does ivermectin cream kill Demodex mites? Ivermectin shows broad-spectrum anti-parasitic activity. It kills the Demodex mites that reside in the pilosebaceous units of patients with papulopustular rosacea. Ivermectin also has anti-inflammatory effects, it decreases cellular and humoral immune responses. So, yes!
How often can you use ivermectin cream? How many times a day should I use ivermectin cream? How long can you use ivermectin cream? Ivermectin cream should be applied once daily for up to 4 months. If there is no improvement after 3 months, the treatment should be discontinued.
How do I use ivermectin cream? The treatment course may be repeated. A pea‑size amount of ivermectin cream can be applied to each of the 5 areas of the face: forehead, chin, nose, and each cheek. The cream should be spread as a thin layer across the entire face, avoiding the eyes, lips and mucosa. Ivermectin cream should only be applied to the face and hands should be washed after application.
Should ivermectin cream be applied in the morning or night? You should use ivermectin cream once a day at about the same time each day for the most consistent results. Some people choose to make ivermectin cream a part of their nighttime skin care routine, but it's not necessary to use it at bedtime.
