The terrorist who attacked New Orleans’ bourbon street has been identified as 42 year old Shamsud Din Jabbar but the FBI says he did not act alone. He was born and raised in Texas and he reportedly served in the US Army. The FBI has confirmed that an ISIS flag was in the pick up truck that was used in the attack. His writings reportedly show he was inspired by the group but they are working to determine his affiliation with ISIS. Louisiana has declared a state of emergency and the Sugar Bowl has been postponed due to this attack.
