As you know, President Biden is headed to Europe for the summit trio of NATO, then EU, then Putin.  Diplomats are scrambling now to make progress ahead of the re-start of the EU-led (US-supported) "Dialogue" between Serbia and Kosovo.  The President of Serbia and the PM of Kosovo are scheduled to meet the same week.  This event will examine what happened -- and look specifically at the possibility of unanimous recognition of Kosovo by all EU states (the subject of Prof. Edward P. Joseph's recent Wilson Center paper).
