NBC News has learned the American soldiers killed in the Niger ambush may have been set up in a sneak attack by terrorists. This comes as the Defense Department released new details Monday on the deadly attack while President Donald Trump makes a rare appearance on Capitol Hill to meet with Senate Republicans to discuss tax reform.
