Johanna took an unconventional career path and navigated her challenges by adapting her mindset, which allowed her to finally pursue her passions, after growing up believing she cannot. In her Ted talk, she dives into her own experiences, how she changed her mindset to reimagine her boundaries and provides guidance on how the listeners can also start to redefine their future. Johanna Feick is a 2x startup founder, experienced product manager and designer leading teams in tech. She has designed and led multiple apps from 0 to 1 and beyond and managed teams of up to 15 people. Currently, she also mentors startup founders, product managers and designers, judges startup competitions and is a published writer of articles about leadership and product management.
