How to reset a luggage lock if you don’t know the combination anymore?
1. Find small notches / gaps / holes on each dial
2. Align the notches on the three dials in exactly the same position
3. Advance each dial one position in the same direction
4. Try to open the lock
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you find the current code (2 numbers in the video)
And now that you know the current code, discover in this video how to change it into a combination you won’t forget

In the video I've used a suitcase branded “Bon Voyage” to demonstrate how to open a suitcase with a forgotten code.
The type of lock seen in the video is very inexpensive and is therefore used on many cheap suitcases with unknown brand names such as Aristocrat, Pierre Cardin, Bon Voyage, Vida, ABS, David Jones etc.
The same technique also works to open suitcases with a TSA007 lock of famous brands such as Samsonite, Delsey, American Tourister or other brands. You need to find the notches on the dials (on some locks they are better hidden than on others), align them and move the dials in the same direction.
Actually: TSA 007 actually refers to the key lock of the suitcase. This logo designates locks that can be opened by airport authorities without damaging the lock and without knowing the combination. Just because it's so visible on the lock, many people think it's the reference for the 3-digit code lock.
