Employee Experience vs Employee Engagement
What’s the difference?
Engagement is ONE part of the overall Employee Experience, along with many other factors!
How can you improve your overall Employee Experience?
Easy. Do these three things.

3. Ask Again
Start with a simple survey, less than 5 questions, and open ended. Ask your employees -
1. On a scale of 1-10, how likely would you be to refer this organization to a close friend? 1-10 scale
2. Why did you answer the way that you did? Open Text Box
3. What are we doing well? Open Text Box
4. What can we do to improve? Open Text Box
5. Would you be open to providing more feedback and strategically helping to develop and execute programs? If so, please provide your email address below.
If you want to incentivize, do it with an experience. Two tickets to game + beers. Be cool guys.
When you get the answers, MAKE THAT ISH HAPPEN. Tackle all of the low hanging fruit and schedule a town-hall meeting with all of your employees, monthly. Update them on what you’ve done and ask for their feedback and help, include them. Just showing them that you’re trying will make the difference.
