Batmobile Sells for $4.2 Million at Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale 2013
Video of the auction for the original #1 1966 Batmobile built by George Barris for the 1966 Batman tv series. Modified from the 1955 Lincoln Futura prototype car. First time it was ever put up for sale publicly. Sold for $4,200,000 plus 10% buyers premium for a final sale price of $4,620,000.
