In this video, I am showing how to make Tuskudani (a typical and small Japanese side dish) from the left-over ingredients from making Dashi; bonito flakes and Kombu kelp.
Ingredients for Tukudani with Bonito flakes and Kombu
Kombu kelp* 5 g
Katsuobushi (bonito flakes)* 10-15 g
Mirin 2 Tsp
Sugar 2 Tsp
Sake 2 Tsp
Soy sauce 2 Tsp
Sesame sead 1 Tbsp
*left over from Dashi (the weight is the initial weight)
