910jr is a young cubbie and while she is learning the ways of the river, she’s still vulnerable to dominant and mercurial bears like 32 Chunk, who seems to be lashing out at adults and younger bears alike. This is the first time I’ve seen him attack a cub, though and it may be a bit upsetting to some folks, so don’t watch this if it will bother you. These are bears, not humans and they do what bears do. Fortunately, 910 slipped into mama bear mode and defended her cub long enough so they could escape.
