In this episode of Urban Exploring, I will be taking you for a tour through this beautiful dream home that was built in 1986, and was abandoned in late 2023 after a good chunk of the neighborhood was bought out by property developers and will be demolished to make way for town-condo homes. Located in an affluent neighborhood of a growing town, this home sits on a massive property with a beautiful spacious backyard, that had tons of entertainment space, a massive deck, a hot tub and a heated outdoor cabana! Inside, the home has much of the original features and charm that it was built with in 1986, as well as modernized renovations which updated areas such as the kitchen. No expense was spared, and this was a single-owner home that was treated with great pride and care, so make sure to join me for a tour of this beauty before she is gone!
