The short answer is they are the same company, so they use the same technology, so kinda. But the individual skate components are different with very different prices.

Step 1: Purchase a pair of slades (comes with both the shoe and rolling part) 290 euros
Step 2: Purchase a change your shoes option for a designer shoe that you like. (Starts at 250 Euros)

3. Skater who wants high fashion and high end rolling parts that are handmade and meticulously engineered for top end performance. Buy the Flaneurz Package or send in your own unworn sneaker for a custom setup. Starts at 540-ish euros.

It should be mentioned as well, that all prices are displayed in euros and not US dollars or any other native currency. I have discussed this with their team and they are working on fixing that.
