Why you don't have a generic "support", "info", "help" or whatever email address to gather all generic communications and divert them to a VA? Doesn't being available with your personal email address collapse your time? It's important for me to know: many teachers I've learned from do this. Many of these teachers are women entrepreneurs and perhaps there's a demographic difference of gender and age with these different behaviours.
