8 g dry yeast.
10 g baking powder.
30 g sugar.
Add 1 tablespoon of 9% vinegar.
400 ml warm milk

Add 100 ml vegetable oil.

1 teaspoon salt (8 g).
Mix well.
Sift through a sieve 600 g of flour.
Liquid dough, add another 100 g of flour.
Let's start kneading the dough.

Knead the dough until it becomes smooth.
