What do you do with a couple of busted Mackie CR3 speakers? You fix them of course! In this video I repair some studio monitor speakers that recently failed. Simply replacing two capacitors saved over $150 in replacing them. Renewing these were a simple process. We also learn about how to safely discharge a capacitor without injuring yourself. Being a maker has some great advantages and repairing your own equipment is one of them. Fixing speakers is better than buying new ones!
