President Yoweri Museveni says those against the construction of the Lubigi water and sewerage treatment plant face arrest if they continue to resist the project.
Museveni singled out Rubaga North MP, Moses Kasibante, while he was officiating at the commissioning of the 65 acre site in Namungoona, in Kampala.
