Apple just finished up their WWDC keynote today and they released iOS 7 to the developers ONLY. The final version of iOS 7 will be released to the public in the fall. To get iOS 7 NOW you can register your device to a developer account and this will allow you to update to the iOS 7 Betas (WARNING: iOS 7 Betas may be somewhat glitchy or unstable, but still fairly functional).
