ABOUT FREEDIVING AND SPEARFISHING
In this Catch and Cook Series you will get to know the Nordic Style of Spearfishing and Coastal Foraging.
Afterwards you will see the preparation and Cooking of the Seafood (at the beach or in nature if possible).
Freediving and Spearfishing are the most selective and sustainable ways of fishing and foraging, because you only catch what you need and you do it in a very selective way. This is Seafood at its finest, prepared and eaten within a few hours after it has been caught.
All kinds of seafood caught in this video was consumed by ourselves in the following days and cooked with love and respect for the nature.
This whole Experience of Catching and Cooking your own Seafood can not be compared to anything else, it is an experience that you can not buy for money and not even get close to experience at expensive seafood restaurants.
