Another delicious $5 lunch challenge adventure! This week, we look for a cheap meal with high protein. We need to hit over 30 grams of protein with only five dollars, which proves to be tough. After searching No Frills grocery store, we end up with a bottle of greek yoghurt and two can of flaked light tuna. Not the best combo yet, so we go looking for seasoning and bread. We find a tasty garlic spread at bulk barn to complete the meal, along with Reece's thins for dessert. The challenge is successful with our final result, a yummy tuna sandwich with garlic spread on an everything bagel, a bottle of greek yoghurt, and peanut butter chocolate - a whopping 59 grams of protein!
