For the 1.5 billion people living in fragile and conflict-affected settings, challenges such as rising food, fertilizer, and input prices are exacerbated by climate change, unsustainable resource consumption, poor governance and weak social cohesion.
The IWMI-led Stability and Peace Accelerator, in collaboration with CGIAR research centers such as the International Institute for Tropical Agriculture (IITA) and Alliance of Bioversity International and CIAT (Alliance) in partnership with the WFP Innovation Accelerator, addresses these challenges.
