Ingredients
200 grams King Prawns
1 Large Onion
Pataks Curry Paste or Curry of your Choice
1/2 Pint of water or veg stock
Cornflour to thicken if needed
1 Tablespoon oil to fry onions
Rice
This serves 2
Preparation
Finely Chop onion
Fry onion until softened
Add Curry Paste or powder of choice
Stir well
Add water or veg stock
Add cornflour if needed stir well and simmer for 10 mins
Add King Prawns and cook for no longer than 5 mins
Serve with Rice
Enjoy.
