PRIME Minister Boris Johnson clashed with Labour Leader Sir Keir Starmer in a war of words over Christmas party protocols.
The PM refused to respond to claims Downing Street hosted a Christmas party last year amidst the pandemic. It comes after the government urged the British public not to change Christmas plans this year, despite concerns over the Omicron variant.
The House of Commons was rife with debate on the topic during Prime Minister's Questions, as some fear the government might be forced into a 'Plan B' scenario if the variant is worse than currently feared.
