Review:
It is always a trial sewing with my Brother PS500. It always makes sewing very difficult. My old machine was a 1970s Singer and it sewed perfectly fine and I NEVER had problems. I even have begun sewing by hand because this machine does such a bad job each and every time. All the features are what the company want you to have so they can make more money cutting corners with gimmicks rather than making a good machine. The company is very condescending trying to gaslight me as if it's my skill. Wrong! A good machine doesn't require babying no matter what level. This machine was very expensive but I wouldn't pay $20 for it. I will never by anything from brother ever again, so Brother you will loose out for your scoundrel ways in the long run
