25 per cent salary hike for central government employees as cabinet clears 7th pay commission recommendations. This will impact nearly 50 lakh employees and 58 lakh pensioners.
The minimum pay recommendation is Rs. 18,000 per month. This too is more than double of the present Rs. 7,000.
