A man was spotted riding a mobility scooter while carrying a massive wooden pallet down a West Midlands street, sparking concern for the safety of the rider and other road users. The scooter was filmed by a worried motorist, travelling down Huntington Terrace Road in the Chadsmoor area of Cannock.
The pallet was being held upright against the footrests, with the rider's arms positioned through slits in the pallet as he held onto the handlebars. There was concern the incident could have caused an "accident", with the pallet positioned inches from the riders face and hanging over the sides.
