Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley has reiterated that there will be a zero tolerance for living on the streets of Port of Spain after the new Assessment Centre for street dwellers is completed.

Speaking at the Citrus Close sod turning on Tuesday, Dr Rowley said he is expecting some commentators to ‘defend the indefensible’.
