HEARTSTEEL is a new legendary skin for Kayn that was released in November 2023. This legendary LOL skin features a brand new set of visual effects for Kayn, as well as a total makeover of his looks. This skin is part of the skinline that represents the virtual boy band Heartsteel.

Heartsteel Kayn costs 1820 RP, and can be purchased from the League of Legends store.
