This is a video showing the JIS standard GI Pipe manufacturing.
The GI pipes are in O.D 48.6mm. It is a type of Japanese standard scaffolding pipes. Wellmade manufactures the GI pipes according to JIS 3444 standard.
The JIS standard gi pipes are going to used in scaffolding construction. During the construction scaffold erection, the GI pipes are fixed by the scaffolding clamps and fittings. Include JIS fixed clamps, JIS swivel clamps, JIS beam clamps, inner bone joint pins, sleeve couplers, etc.
During the scaffolding construction, galvanized metal decks are one component of the pipe staging scaffolding. It is fixed and connected by the scaffold limpet clamps or forged and pressed steel type board clamps.
The O.D 48.6mm scaffolding JIS pipes are round-shaped steel galvanized pipes. Wellmade also supplies rectangular and square-type hollow section gi tubes.
According to the steel grade, the O.D 48.6mm JIS GI pipes include STK 400 and STK 500 steel grades.
