A easy to make at home non-alcoholic cocktail using homemade pear and cardamom puree and Lyre's Non-Alcoholic sparkling wine. Perfect for dry January and beyond.

Ingredients:
20ml Grapefruit Juice
15ml Pear and cardamom puree
Top with Lyre’s Classico Non-Alcoholic Sparkling

Method:
Pour all ingredients into a champagne flute and lightly stir to combine.
Garnish with a pear slice dusted with ground cardamom.

To make the pear and cardamom puree:
Peel and roughly chop 1 pear. Add chopped pear to a blender with a splash of water and half a teaspoon of ground cardamom. Blend until smooth, add more water if required.
