I have found the way to split clips in Windows Live Movie Maker! It was very obvious. You go down to the right side of the program and click on the zoom bar to zoom in the timeline and you will see your audio bars in the video clip. You position your marker on the timeline and split your clips.
It was an oversight on my previous videos that you can't split clips and audio, but you can now. Thank you for watching!
