When asked about face masks, Alok Sharma stressed that Public Health England is not recommending this measure because teachers and students will be in "consistent groups", but said: "We are always considering the latest advice and evidence."
The Business Secretary also said the "risk of contracting Covid in schools is very low" as the Government endeavours to ensure all students are back in the classroom in September - but he failed to engage with questions about what happens thereafter.
