The cost of living throughout Los Angeles changes DAILY. Also, Los Angeles is HUGE...

It's crazy how a 2-bedroom on one street can be $1,000 less than a 2-bedroom on the next street over. So many factors go into the cost of living out here! For context, today I toured an apartment complex located in Playa Vista, California.

Both of these units are 2-bedroom corner units and in the $5k range.;

If you're looking for somewhere SAFE to live that is family-friendly and a quiet, sweet community... Playa Vista is an incredible option. I absolutely love this area - I always have!

The apartment I toured today was called Runway at Playa Vista. Honestly, if I didn't have the career I have (with the needs I have for specific things), this would be the perfect option! Since they're so full they're very limited on what they have available, so right now there is nothing for me specifically.
