Wow. I would NOT rate the trains highly at all. The bathrooms were TERRIBLE AND TRULY UNUSABLE unless the world was coming to an end. They smelled so bad and had poop and waste on the floor, walls, seat and everything. I checked out 3 different bathrooms, 2 in 1st Class, and they were all bad.
I will try another train or two but my bottom line is looking like you should rent a car.
