Cashew nut pakora is very good evening snack along with coffee or tea. This is a really simple and easy to prepare and very tasty snack recipe, made with cashew nuts. In other words its called as crispy cashew nut masala. Pakoda (Cashew nut pakora) turned out really amazing and was very crispy and will definitely be a good one for those who love cashews. This is really simple to prepare and can best fit in as starter recipes or snack recipes.
Ingredients for Pakora (Cashew nut pakora)
Cashew nut – 75gm
Besan flour – 1½ tbspn
Rice flour – 1 tbspn
Chilli powder – 2 tspn
Turmeric powder – 1 tspn
Asafoetida powder – little
Salt as required
Preparation of Pakora (Cashew nut pakora)
Add cashew nut, Besan flour, Rice flour, Chilli powder, Turmeric powder and salt and sprinkle water and prepare the dough. Marinate for 5 to 10 minutes. Do not fry the pakoras in high flame. Make sure the flame is in medium throughout the frying process. Fry till it turns golden brown. Serve this pakoras after 10 – 15 minutes so that it becomes crispier. In other words its called as crispy cashew nut masala.
