KSRTC (Kerala State Road Transport Corporation) conducts many low-budget tailor-made sightseeing trips from different depots in Kerala. This particular trip starts at 06:00 AM in the morning from Pala depot. This one-day trip covers Cheeyappara & Valara waterfalls, Ripple adventures, Ponmudi bridge & Dam, Kallimaly View Point, Munnar Gap road, Anayirangal boating center & Dam, and finally Chaturangappara and would return to the depot at around 11:00 PM.
This entire trip cost you Rs.700 / person (without food). For boating and other entry fees,' you need to pay extra.
Cheeyappara & Valara waterfalls are located next to NH.
Ripple Adventures – Zipline & waterfalls
Ponmudi Dam - An expansive panorama of lush green tea plantations with beautiful blue skies and light snowy hills at the backdrop.
Anayirangal Dam - Elephants come down here from the forest to drink water. That's how this dam got this name. The journey is through the beautiful tea gardens with cool weather and light snow.
Chaturamgapara View Point - is located on the border of Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The place is also called kattadipadam due to the presence of many windmills.
It is a very enjoyable and comfortable trip. Got enough time to spend at each point.
